Over the years, we've learned what it takes to successfully conduct business |

Conveyors - Material handling engineering, consists of determining "how
a product should be moved from one place to another, within the
shortest allowable period of time, for the least cost and with
the least amount of manual effort".
To determine the best conveyor for your particular application,
many types and system of conveyors are ofered by the industry :
Gravity roller conveyors
Belt conveyors
Plastic belt
Belt Driven Live Roller
Lineshaft roller conveyors
Chain conveyor
Screw conveyor
Chain driven live roller conveyor |

|
Conveyor systems - are commonly used in many industries,
including the automotive, computer, electronic, aerospace,
pharmaceutical or chemical.
Gravity-Roller Conveyors - consist of a series parallel
rollers fastened to a metal frame supported at intervals.
Belt Conveyors - With continuous and smooth surface, they
are ideal for many product handling applications.
Plastic Belt Conveyor - Utilised where higher speeds may be
necessary, to transport around a curve, or many other production line applications.
Live Roller Conveyors - really valuable component in operations
requiring high performance with minimal downtime. |
 |
Chain Conveyors - Precision conveyor chain, like transmission
chain, consists of a series of journal bearings held in precise
relationship to each other by constraining link plates.
Gravity-Roller Conveyors, Powered Belt Conveyors
or Chain Conveyors, all of our services are designed to improve
the reliability and productivity of your operations. |

Conveyors Maintenance |
 |
System that is designed properly will last a long time with
proper maintenance. Here are some of the biggest problems to
watch for in overhead type conveyor systems:
Lack of lubrication - Chain bearings require lubrication
in order to reduce friction.
Poor take-up adjustment - This is a simple adjustment on
most systems which is often overlooked.
Contamination - Dust, glass bead, acid or alkaline
fluids, abrasives, etc., can all lead to rapid deterioration of
track and chain.
Bad Belt Tracking or Timing - In a system that uses
precisely controlled belts, such as a sorter system, regular
inspections should be made that all belts are traveling at the
proper speeds at all times.
The preventive maintenance is one of our priority and strategy to reduce the
production cost. |
